As Christmas is fast approaching, we wanted to share how we’ll be managing your homes over the festive period.
It’s safe to say that 2020 hasn’t been the year anyone expected! It has been quite a challenging year for all of us thanks to Covid-19, so we want to make sure our people can spend as much time as possible with their loved ones over the festive period. It will be business as usual between now and the 23rd of December, but please note that we will have a reduced team of staff working.
Our offices will close on Thursday the 24th December and reopen again on Tuesday the 29th December until Thursday 31st December December. We will also be closed Friday 1 January. Our out of hours service will be available for any emergency work that is needed during this time, but all other non-urgent queries will be picked up in the new year when our team return from their festive break.
What do we class as emergency works? Anything that puts the tenant or property in immediate danger, such as a gas leak, serious water leak, total loss of heat or power, or property unable to be secured. With this in mind, we ask all tenants to report any emergency work on 0345 319 4070. We ask you to continue to report all other maintenance issues via Fixflo.
