IN A COMPLETE FIRST, build-to-rent (BTR) specialist Wise Living and leading mixed-tenure developer Countryside have agreed a brand-new £30 million scheme to deliver 97 BTR homes in Bristol. This exciting scheme not only represents the inaugural partnership between the two property specialists, but also marks Wise Living’s expansion into the South West.
In a record time of just under six weeks, Wise Living and Countryside completed the standout deal which includes plans for a mix of one, two, three, and four-bed energy-efficient and modern homes for private rental in the Cribbs Causeway area of the city. The majority of these homes will benefit from solar panels and once completed will be expertly managed and maintained by Wise Living for its tenants.
This forms part of a wider masterplan for up to 5,700 dwellings in the area, known as Cribbs Patchway New Neighborhood.
