Ideal sites and development opportunities are typically between 2 and 4 acres, brownfield, with potential for between 40 and 140 units that:
Are mid to low density homes – not the city centre
Have good transport links within walking distance
Local amenities in the surrounding areas

1. Provide us with initial site details
2. Our in-house site appraisal team will review location, demographics, proposed rents etc.
3. Based on proposed rents we will be able to offer unit values / preferred mix / comments on density / details of house types etc.
4. Values accepted. Discuss structure of deal & prepare Heads of Terms
5. Instruct Lawyers and procure under a development agreement or JCT (subject to planning in most cases).
6. Wise Living happy to support planning process & be involved with discussions with the local authority to 'sell' PRS
7. Land value paid in full upon completion, construction value paid out inline with monthly valuations OR staged payments
8. Completed units handed over to be let. We'll take them as quickly as you can build them

Land & Partnerships DirectorAs Land & Partnerships Director, Mark’s responsibility is to forge strong relationships with regional and national developers to demonstrate how the Wise Living model can benefit them, help them grow and de-risk their developments whilst also creating strong communities. A qualified chartered surveyor, Mark has advised a number of BTR investors helping to identify sites, run development appraisals and piece together deals to get schemes off the ground.
