Upon entering The Dalton, you’re greeted by the spacious welcome area. Once you’ve tucked your shoes and bags away, if you head to the left of the entrance hall, you’ll find the modern, U-shaped kitchen and dining area.
The fully fitted kitchen area is complete with brand new, energy-efficient appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and extractor. Just before you head out to the garden through the French doors, you’ll find the under-stair storage and downstairs WC.
The lounge spans the full depth of The Dalton, complete with 3 generous-sized windows letting in plenty of natural light. Whether you prefer a modern L-shaped sofa or traditional freestanding – there’s plenty of space to make it your own space.
When you head upstairs, you’ll find the main bedroom and family bathroom to the left, with the additional 2 bedrooms towards the right. We’ve put an extra storage cupboard next to the bathroom – the perfect spot for those bits & bobs you can’t seem to find a home for!
The remaining double bedrooms are the perfect spot for a child’s room, home office, or an impressive walk-in wardrobe!
