We’re pleased to announce the appointment of our new Development Director, Andy Pass, as we continue to accelerate our plans to build and manage thousands of quality new rental homes for families across the country.
Andy joins us with 22 years of experience in the construction industry, having taken the lead on a number of high-profile projects, encompassing industrial, commercial, residential and educational property. As Development Director, Andy will not only ensure that new homes are delivered on current sites in Birkenhead, Telford, Mansfield and Coventry, but he will also be widening the reach of the business across the UK, building relationships with regional developers and housebuilders.
Commenting on his appointment, he said:
“The role at Wise Living is an exciting prospect. I’ve always been attracted to organisations that have real values, purpose and work ethic. Wise Living has all of those things and a very clear ambition – to create over 2,000 purpose-built family homes in the next three years. Everything is in place to do that and my job is to make sure we deliver.
“We all know that the private rental sector (PRS) is underserved in the UK and there’s a real need to provide decent homes and great places to live. I’m looking forward to getting out there and helping to raise the profile and understanding of PRS with key stakeholders and land agents.”
The news follows our recent £33 million round of funding from real estate investors ICG-Longbow. For our Director, Andy Deller, this, coupled with the appointment of Andy, is a pivotal moment in our growth:
