Refer a friend T&C’s
- A referral is validated when the ‘Friend’ mentioned your full name and contact number when enquiring about one of our properties through our website. The voucher will only be valid once the Friend has moved into their new home.
- Once a referral is validated, the Friend will receive an email confirmation.
- The standard referral reward is a £50 Love2Shop voucher to the Referrer, and a £50 Love2Shop voucher to the Friend.
- Rewards will be paid 30 days after the Friend has moved into their new home.
- You need to be a Wise Living tenant to make a referral.
- Referral rewards are variable. Wise Living reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.
- Referral rewards can only be used at Love2Shop and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your address.
- A maximum of 12 referrals per calendar year per household are eligible for this scheme.
- Please check that your referrer is happy to participate in this offer from Wise Living before you refer them.
- We’ll withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Wise Living are final.
- Wise Living employees or their families are not eligible for the referral scheme.
- This offer is not applicable when the Friend is, or has at some previous time, been a customer with Wise Living.
- Refer a friend is valid for residential customers only. Corporate leases and Business customers are excluded.
- As a Registered Referrer, the email address that you register or put through the online application form will be used for your unique referral rewards.
