We’re pleased to share that reservations are now open for its remaining homes at our Ingram Park development on Fenside Road in Boston!
Alongside our developer partner Seagate Homes, our team has been working on the site since October 2020. All rental homes in the first and second phase of Ingram Park were reserved in a matter of weeks, and work is already underway on the remaining 30 homes ahead of their phased launch from mid-March.
Ingram Park is our first development in Lincolnshire and the first institutionally funded BTR scheme of any scale in Boston, and as such have been really excited about opening this site for reservations. Ever since the development was announced in 2020, we’ve had a lot of interest from families in the area looking for their next home, so it was no surprise just how quickly the first two phases were completely reserved.
