Mark Gratton

Land & Partnerships Director

As Land & Partnerships Director, Mark’s responsibility is to forge strong relationships with regional and national developers to demonstrate how the Wise Living model can benefit them, help them grow and de-risk their developments whilst also creating strong communities. A qualified chartered surveyor, Mark has advised a number of BTR investors helping to identify sites, run development appraisals and piece together deals to get schemes off the ground.

Alasdair Manson

Partnerships Manager

With support from the Land & Partnerships Director, Alasdair is responsible for seeking and forging relationships with new Developer / House Builder partners across Yorkshire and The North East. He plays a key role in helping to deliver our partnership model into new regions, identifying new development opportunities and working alongside developers to get those schemes to contract.

With support from the Land & Partnerships Director, Adam is responsible for seeking and forging relationships with new Developer / House Builder partners in the South East and South West.
