The Wise Living and Lovell partnership has already seen significant growth over the last 12 months, with much further development expected in upcoming years.
The first two sites in this partnership with Lovell are Principal Point in Telford and Minshull Way in Birkenhead with both developments consisting of high-quality two, three, four and five-bedroom homes for private rent that have been built at both scale and pace. All of our homes being professionally managed, meaning our communities are a long-term commitment from us as an institutional landlord.
