The Faraday is the perfect home for any growing family. Large fully fitted kitchen/ dinner at the front of the house and a spacious lounge towards the rear, the space downstairs allows you to have movie nights with the family or having your friends round for a night in. There is even a garden large enough for plenty of summer actives or building snow-people in the winter. To top it all off, a downstairs toilet means no more fighting for the toilet in the morning.

Moving up to the first floor, there are three bedrooms, perfectly sized for any family. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with standalone shower, washbasin and toilet. This room also has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The other 2 bedrooms also have plenty of room to make into kid’s rooms or a guest bedroom. You’ll also find a family bathroom, featuring a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, with plenty of room for rubber duckies.

When we built our homes, we had you in mind! We wanted to build you a house that feels like a home for you and your family. This is why we have decorated the homes in neutral colours and unfurnished. You can put your stamp on it. We also wanted to build homes for people who want the sense of family values and community and will continue to create a real family friendly neighbourhood for all.
