We’re pleased to announce we will be delivering 34 new quality rental properties in St Austell, Cornwall!
The build programme is already underway at the new Higher Trewhiddle development with the first 6 homes ready for move in April 2025.
Working in partnership with Wain Homes the homes are contemporary in design and will provide an ideal community for couples and families alike. Construction is set to complete 2026 and once finished, will offer a mix of 34 two, three and four bedroom houses. All of the homes are fitted with solar panels to help with our tenants energy bills!
This is our second development in Cornwall and we are already experiencing strong interest with over 50% of the first tranche of properties reserved off plan.
The announcement continues a string of BTR developments that we have delivered to suburban areas of smaller cities and large towns during the last few years.
