40 new Homes built for RENT in Exeter!

We’re pleased to announce we will be delivering 40 new quality rental properties in Exeter!

The build programme is already underway at the new Equinox development with the first 2 homes ready for move in during mid February.

Working in partnership with Cavanna Homes the homes are contemporary in design and will provide an ideal community for couples and families alike.  Construction is set to complete in late 2025 and once finished, will offer a mix of 40 one, two, three and four bedroom houses.

This is our first development in Exeter and we expect interest to be strong!

The announcement continues a string of BTR developments that we have delivered to suburban areas of smaller cities and large towns during the last few years.
