73 new Homes built for RENT at Littlehampton, West Sussex!

We’re pleased to announce we will be delivering 73 new quality rental properties off Fitzalan Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex.

The build programme is already underway at the new Rosemead Garden development with the first 19 homes ready for move in during mid January.

Working in partnership with BokLok the homes are contemporary in design and will provide an ideal community for couples and families alike.  Construction is set to complete in Autumn 2025 and once finished, will offer 73 two and three bedroom houses.

This is our first development in West Sussex and early interest has been strong.

The announcement continues a string of BTR developments that we have delivered to suburban areas of smaller cities and large towns during the last few years.
